Pick the oven cook time range from your recipe to see the equivalent low and high slow cooker settings.
Slow cookers cook at a much lower, steadier temperature than an oven, so oven times don't translate directly. Manufacturers publish a standard conversion chart matching bands of oven cook time to slow cooker low and high settings: roughly, 15–30 minutes in the oven becomes 4–6 hours on low or 1.5–2 hours on high; 35–45 minutes becomes 6–8 hours on low or 3–4 hours on high; and 50 minutes to 3 hours becomes 8–10 hours on low or 4–6 hours on high.

Roughly — low is often compared to about 190–200°F and high to about 250°F, but slow cookers vary by model, so time-based conversion charts are more reliable than temperature comparisons.
As a rule of thumb, 1 hour on high is roughly equal to 2 hours on low, but delicate items like dairy-based sauces or quick vegetables can turn out better cooked low and slow rather than converted to high.
Yes — reduce added liquid by about 25%, since a slow cooker's sealed lid traps steam that would otherwise evaporate in an open oven.
